Terms of Use
These Terms govern access to and use of Strata. By accessing or using the application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Strata.
1. The application
Strata—the interface at stratabook.app and the Strata Android application (app.stratabook.trade)—is proprietary software owned by Strata Labs. It is not open source.
2. Licence to use Strata
Subject to these Terms, Strata Labs grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the application for its intended purpose: interacting with the Solana blockchain through the Strata interface.
3. Restrictions
You may not copy, modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works of the application; redistribute, sublicense, sell, rent, or lease it; remove or obscure any proprietary notice; or use Strata's names, logos, or branding without written permission.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the application, its source, or any Strata trademark.
4. Self-custody and no warranty
Strata is non-custodial. You control your wallet, your keys, and your transactions. Strata Labs cannot access, recover, freeze, or reverse your funds or transactions.
The application is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Strata Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of funds, profits, or data arising from use of the application.
5. Eligibility
Use of Strata is subject to the eligibility conditions presented in the application before you connect a wallet, including jurisdiction and sanctions attestations, and a minimum age of 18.
6. Third-party components
The application incorporates third-party software under its own licences, including open-source components and the TradingView Charting Library, which is licensed separately by TradingView. Those licences govern those components and are not superseded by these Terms. See Copyright & Attributions.
7. Changes and termination
Strata Labs may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. Your licence terminates automatically if you breach these Terms.
